My Passion<\/h5>\n

“My consulting work begins with clarification processes: A clear positioning as a manager in a functional role, clear team\/area assignments and visible orientation. Clarification of goals and visions, recognition of learning areas and levers for more solution orientation and the unvarnished identification of correlations and ambivalences.<\/p>\n

The jointly analyzed start and target situations pave the way for the learning and transformation journey. The end result is a significant increase in smart and more conscious ways of working and acting as a team in complex organizations. The design of transformation processes and the appropriate training paths towards a mindset for high-performing-teams is part of the mandate.<\/p>\n

As an executive coach I support managers in fully understanding their role, develop their authentic style and achieving their goals with greater ease through tactically smart approaches. I accompanie organizational and personal change processes with the aim of effectively combining strategic and communicative aspects in order to increase charisma and relevance on the various professional stages.<\/p>\n

“My focus is on the individual executive coaching of specialists and managers, more consistent leadership with meaningful methods, always focused on the essentials and the accompaniment of journeys for management teams that shape and lead diverse transformation processes, for example towards more agility or an efficient workflow in cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n

Conflict mediation, dealing with resistance and building resilience skills are increasingly part of my job.\u201d<\/p>\n

My Foundation<\/h5>\n

After graduating from the Rotterdamse Dansacademie, I studied management for art and culture in Utrecht. As the \u201cHead of PR\u201d of an IT start-up in Frankfurt am Main, I then spent four years helping to build up the company.<\/p>\n

Since 2006 I have been working as a freelance coach (DCV approved) for various international corporations. In owner-managed companies and technical production and sales organisations as well as in creative and interdisciplinary companies, universities and purely agile enterprises. I have the \u201cScrum Master\u201d certification and I am a certified business mediator (Zweisicht Freiburg).<\/p>\n

Since 2015 I have been a partner of Upgrade Organisationsentwicklungspartner. I live in Frankfurt am Main and have two adult children. I speak English and Dutch in addition to my German mother tongue.<\/p>\n
