My Passion

For over 30 years I have been fascinated by the development of organisations, businesses and people. In addition to a convincing concept, the focus is on successful implementation.

It is essential for me to “spar” with the decision-makers and implementers in companies, organisations and foundations to develop, bring together and successfully implement strategies and business models. In addition to a good strategic concept that fits the organisation and the people, the development of the culture and the fascination of the people for the idea are also central. This is where I can profitably use my diverse practical experience, my scientific basis and my consulting know-how.

My Foundation

Studied agricultural sciences at the Justus Liebig University. Diploma thesis, doctorate and habilitation on the development and leadership of organisations.

Many years of experience in the management of medium-sized companies and organisations and in consulting. Development and successful implementation of international strategies, M&A and business models.

Teaching position, private lecturer and honorary professor at the Justus Liebig University in a national and international course of studies. 20 years teaching at the Centre for Corporate Management in the field of project management.

Supervisory board, advisory board and expert in various companies, organisations, institutions and foundations.

I am married, have two children and live in Dreieich.
