My Passion

I get up in the morning to unfold the potential of people and organisation with joy and energy. My vocation was born 15 years ago after gaining experience in different industries and roles. It seems to make me happy when I’m able to move people and organizations, . Today I am visited by clients who “want to bring their horsepower to the ground”, “want to structure their ideas and put them into practice” or “seek inspiration”.

For years I have been accompanying changes and transformations, leading complex projects and developing leaders and leadership systems. Results are secured by providing structure, enabling the interaction of very different people and making my imagination available.

My Foundation

I’m enthusiastic by nature – that’s why I have gone through very different stages (both in my training and professionally). I studied chemistry and music in parallel, worked as a project manager and corporate executive, developed solar cells and organizations, to name just a few examples. This diversity of knowledge and experience allows me to analyse new complex situations very quickly, translate them into tangible images and show new ways for change.

Studied music at the Lausanne Conservatory of Music (piano), studied chemistry (engineer) at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, doctorate under Prof. Dr. Dr. Michael Grätzel at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, MBA from the University of Lausanne, Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA B (since 2006), adult educator, Certified SAFE Advanced Scrum Master, Certified Agile Leader IPMA C.
